Hello! I'm Chris, the founder of West Linton Tech Support. For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by technology and how it works. What started as a hobby—taking apart and rebuilding computers—has grown into a career dedicated to helping others navigate the digital world.

Before focusing on local tech support, I spent years honing my craft in professional IT environments, starting with Make It Social in 2017. My experience is rooted in hands-on IT support, DevOps, and Linux/system engineering, where I was responsible for building and maintaining the kind of reliable systems that businesses depend on.

After years of being the go-to tech person for friends and family, I realised there was a real need in our community for accessible and trustworthy IT support. I founded West Linton Tech Support with a simple mission: to provide professional, jargon-free tech help right here in West Linton. As a sole trader, you'll always get a personal service directly from me.
