Hi, I'm Chris.
I'm a DevOps engineer and systems specialist with over seven years of professional IT experience, including roles at Amazon and in cloud infrastructure. I hold an AWS Solutions Architect certification and I'm recognised as an Ubuntu Subject Matter Expert.
That's my day job. But I also know that most people and small businesses just need someone reliable who can fix their tech problems without the jargon, the runaround, or the rip-off pricing.
That's why I started WL Tech — to bring the same rigour I apply to enterprise infrastructure to everyday IT support. Whether you're an individual with a slow laptop or a small business that needs a dependable IT person on call, you're getting someone who genuinely knows what they're doing.
I work remotely across the UK via secure remote desktop, and in-person across the Scottish Borders. You'll always deal directly with me — no call centres, no ticket queues, no passing you around.
