  • Virus & Malware Removal: Comprehensive system cleaning and security advice.
  • New Device Setup: Full setup for new computers, tablets, and smartphones, including data migration from old devices.
  • Home Networking: Wi-Fi setup, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and optimising network speeds.
  • User Training: Patient, one-to-one guidance on using computers, software (like Microsoft Office), and smart devices.
  • Component Upgrades: Installation of RAM, Solid-State Drives (SSDs), internal hard drives, and user-replaceable batteries to boost performance.
Services Not Provided
  • Screen & Display Repairs (for laptops, tablets, or phones)
  • Liquid Damage Repair
  • Motherboard/Logic Board Repair (any work requiring micro-soldering)
  • Data Recovery from Physically Failed Drives (this requires a specialist clean-room lab)

For more complex jobs like a full system clean-up or a component upgrade, I offer a convenient **collect and return service**. I'll pick up your device from your home, complete the work efficiently off-site, and return it to you, saving you time and hassle.
